The Gardens is a 10-bed home on Almond Street, close enough to downtown Auburn that family can walk over after lunch. It has 4 private rooms and 2 shared rooms, fenced front and rear areas, and caregivers on duty 24 hours a day, guided by our owner, a hospice and palliative care nurse who leads the care team.
It is licensed by the State of California as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, license #315920246.

Why Families Choose The Gardens
Can you care for someone who can no longer walk?
Yes. The Gardens is set up for residents who are non-ambulatory or need a higher level of daily support. Our care team is led by a hospice and palliative care nurse, and our caregivers turn to her for guidance whenever a resident's needs change.
What happens as my parent's needs increase?
Care plans are adjusted as needs change, and residents may remain through the end of life with hospice services coordinated in the home. Families have told us that continuity, the same staff and the same room, matters enormously at that stage.
What payment do you accept?
Private pay and long-term care insurance. Cost depends on the level of care and the room selected, and is confirmed in writing before move-in.
